A supernova of Sauvignon Blanc flavours.
Sourced and blended from select vineyard sites in New Zealand’s Marlborough region, The Horologist takes poetic inspiration from the stars and in particular a French astronomer Nicolas Louis de Lacaille, who in 1752 noted something unexpected in the southern skies.
He named the constellation that he saw Horologium: a faint yet beautiful cluster of stars, in the shape of a pendulum clock, thousands of light years from earth. Our winemakers have the same trained eye as de Lacaille, seeking out the most brilliant grapes to produce a deliciously fresh and crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
