Telegraph Station - Shiraz

"We have this day, within two years, completed a line of communication 2000 miles long through the very centre of Australia" 22nd August 1872.

The Overland Telegraph Stations built in 1872 between Port Augusta in the south and Darwin in the north connected Australia with the rest of the world.

This is a full, smooth Shiraz produced from grapes grown in the sunny vineyards of South Eastern Australia. Brimming with flavours or blackberries and dark ripe fruits with a hint of spice, this is a great wine to enjoy on its own or with roast lamb or beef, hearty pasta dishes and hard cheeses.
