Sopra Sasso Valpolicella Ripasso - Corvina, Rondinella

This wine is made using a traditional method known as "Appassimento", which is a process of drying the hand-picked grapes resulting in rich, fruity flavours. After crushing and fermenting, the wine is matured in oak barrels to add complex and intense flavours and aromas.

The wine has intense aromas of red fruit and bitter almond, with flavours of soft red cherries and silky tannins.
