The Interlude - Pinot Noir
Time. It's probably our most valuable commodity. Our winemakers have devoted a great deal of their to this rich and succulent Pinot Noir. No short cuts. No compromises. No rush. We invite you to enjoy the fruits of their labours in exactly the same spirit. This is wine to be savoured, and contemplated. In your own time. It's the perfect match for slow-roasted beef, pulled pork, or a hearty mushroom risotto.
Pinot Noir has been grown in France for centuries and it is used to make some of their finest red wines. A little over thirty years ago the vineyard owners in Australia thought that they would give it a go too and we think that they have done a pretty good job.
